The fourth season of Bigg Boss Telugu is a popular reality television show in the Telugu language. From September 6 to December 20, the Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 was aired on Star Maa Television in Telugu. The contestants spent 105 days in the house. There were 106 episodes in this Bigg Boss Telugu 4 season. For the second time, Tollywood star Nagarjuna hosted Bigg Boss Telugu Season 4. Samantha was the special guest host. Abhijeet Duddala, a Telugu actor, won Bigg Boss 4 Telugu.

Abhijit Dhara entered the house on day one and completed the show on day 105. He became the Bigg Boss Telugu 4 winner. On September 6, he enter the house and got the title of Bigg Boss on December 20. While Akhil Sarthak became the first runner up and Syed Sohel Ryan took second place. Haryana Glory was the third and Alekhya Harika was the fourth.
